Born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1985.
I am the current Artist in Residence at ENSA Limoges (France) invited by the P.O.P. Atelier (Monika Brugger and Terhi Tolvanen).
In my pieces the body and space are in focus with perspectives that I bring from my academic and practice background. Master in Fine Arts (TUAS 2018) and Bachelor in Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo (FAU-USP 2010), I have been dancing since my five years old.
It is in the direct contact with the materials that I have found my way to combine creation, expression and construction. In 2015, after five years working in my studio in São Paulo, Brazil, I moved to Germany to devote full time to a theoretical and practical Fine Arts Master Thesis at the Jewellery and Gemstones department of Hochschule Trier, Campus Idar-Oberstein. Dealing with my authorial tryptic "holy hole whole" I have elected the stone as the central element and the cut as the main gesture to transform it.
Since 2012 I have been selected to exhibitions in Europe, USA and Latin America. In 2013, with other 11 Brazilian peers, I have found research and experimental group to discuss and act in the increasing of the contemporary jewellery field in Brazil.
